Each of the areas in which the company is involved (rheumatology, dermo-cosmetics, active cosmetics ingredients) has its own dedicated Marketing team. Each team is tasked with developing and implementing brand and product marketing strategies. They also design, develop and launch new products and implement the relevant promotional campaigns.

The teams we have working out in the field every day with healthcare professionals are made up of medical representatives (providing general practitioners, rheumatologists, paediatricians and dermatologists with information), pharmaceutical reps (selling products to pharmacists) and pharmacy merchandising trainers (providing product training and merchandising for teams in dispensing chemists and maternity units).
Research & development
Its task is to put forward projects and studies within the framework of Good Laboratory Practices. Its teams set up technical and scientific studies, as well as developing new products. They function as an interface with the company's other scientific and technical departments, as well as with the marketing departments.
Its task is to manufacture the active ingredients, medical products and dermo-cosmetics products. Its aims? Bring costs down while improving product quality and increasing people's safety – all without harming the environment.
Its role is to guarantee excellence in the way in which products and services are delivered. This involves going to every effort to reduce cycle times and manage cross-category processes: sales forecasts, delivery, purchasing-procurement, production scheduling, determining stock levels, order tracking, customer relations, etc.
Our teams ensure a regulatory policy that is suited to the company's different areas of expertise – pharmaceuticals and dermo-cosmetics. They also determine the strategy for registering Laboratoires Expanscience products.
The Department guarantees that our products are in compliance with our Quality policy and with current regulations. It is responsible for applying good manufacturing practices, ensuring adherence to the Market Authorisation file for medical products and for formalising the processes used to control production.
Tasked with acquiring new products or entering into contracts to consolidate or expand the company's offering, its teams recommend and negotiate operations to acquire or sell products, companies and product licences.

Finance supports Laboratoires Expanscience’s growth and oversees a number of the company's key functions: the company's financial, legal and accounting activities, as well as its information systems and general services.
Communications is responsible for Laboratoires Expanscience’ reputation and designs communications campaigns for a broad range of publics.
Now that we are in the digital age, Expanscience has set up a dedicated Digital division that develops and implements digital strategies for all of its brands and products.
Sustainable Development ensures that Expanscience adopts responsible and ethical practices, working alongside its employees and external stakeholders on implementing action plans that can be adapted over time.
Human Resources advises the operatives and instils a management culture, laying the foundations for employee commitment and performance. In addition to these functions, the other departments that make up Human Resources – skills development, pay and personnel administration, social relations, social management control – work every day on ensuring that Laboratoires Expanscience’s ambitious targets are met, both in France and at international level.
