This certification, which covers our sites in France and all our international subsidiaries, marks a new stage in impACT, our CSR strategy, which aims in particular to help our employees take an active part in their personal fulfillment and construct a more inclusive and supportive company with them.
The results of the Great Place To Work survey enable us to measure the impact and effectiveness of the actions taken to achieve these objectives, and confirm a significant improvement in the well-being of our employees:
- 87% say they are proud to work for Expanscience,
- 87% appreciate the company's contribution to society,
- 87% believe that Expanscience supports parenthood,
73% is our overall Trust Index© score (to be certified, an organization must obtain a minimum score of 65% positive responses to the survey).
These promising results come at a time when we have just signed major agreements on Quality of Working Life (QWL) and Equal Opportunity. These agreements, which help to maintain the commitment of our employees through their personal development and well-being, mark a significant step forward in the evolution of our corporate citizenship policy.
