The three main principles of our quality policy
  1. Develop innovative, high-quality products that protect people and the environment;
     
  2. Offer irreproachable quality of service to our customers and service providers;
     
  3. Promote implementation of a continuous improvement approach.

These three principles apply to all our employees, while preserving the company’s economic equilibrium. We make sure that they are all qualified for their role and encourage them to strive toward the continuous enrichment of their knowledge.

The way we manage quality enables the company to carry out a continuous improvement approach that is implemented in particular through a formalized annual review of quality.

As the operator of a pharmaceutical facility, we make available to healthcare professionals medicines that will allow effective and appropriate treatment with a strict respect of regulations, individuals and the environment.
 
Our quality commitment concerning information by soliciting or prospecting that aims toward the promotion of medicines is designed to deliver high-quality medical information to healthcare professionals and ensure the promotion and proper use of medicines that may or may not be covered by social security.
 
All activities (promotion of medicines, medical devices, cosmetic products, etc.) carried out by our medical sales representatives in their relationship to healthcare professionals are subject to the code of ethics we have defined.

The principles of our quality approach concerning information by soliciting or prospection:
 
  1. Provide healthcare professions with effective products having a well-established tolerance profile for optimal treatment of their patients’ pathologies.
     
  2. Délivrer une information de qualité to healthcare professionals through a medical information service in charge of answering their questions with the help of clear, scientific and objective proof and according to ethical standards and French regulations and promotional information provided by our medical sales representatives who have been trained continuously in the proper use of medicines and the ethical rules of their trade.
     
  3. Ensure the availability of our products using the means necessary to achieve this.
     
  4. Guarantee patient safety by contributing to the processing of claims and cases of pharmacovigilance.
     
  5. Improve the quality system in a continuous manner, most notably through carrying out internal audits, implementing an annual training plan for employees, following quality indicators for this activity and setting operational goals for each of the teams concerned.
A certified activity

We pledge to follow the Information Charter for Soliciting or Prospecting to Promote Medicines and to provide the necessary human and technical means to ensure the success of this approach

Our guidance system relies on a Quality Management System that involves the Executive Committee. All employees are engaged in this system though regular communication and a multi-disciplinary steering committee.

Motivated for over ten years by a wish to continuously improve our practices, we maintain our certification for this activity of promotional information.
