Expanscience presents its 4th mission report

Family on a beach
A first Cycle of Goals Ends on a High Note!

In 2021, when we adopted our "company with a mission" status, we defined a trajectory for 2025 and affirmed our ambition to become, by 2030-2040, a regenerative company with a positive impact.

Thanks to the commitment of all of our employees, our Mission Committee and our ecosystem, we are now in the midst of a profound transformation.

Offer, value chain, business model, etc.: we are mobilized to better accomplish our mission of "helping individuals shape their well-being" and to advance our practices.

Our 2025 mission report reviews the progress made and the difficulties encountered with regard to our four statutory objectives.

In particular :

  • More than 130 simplified LCAs (Life Cycle Assessments) of our products carried out via the ASKOR(1) tool.

  • Definition of our policy for the transition of plant-based raw materials, which is part of an approach initiated in 2022, where we have identified our dependencies, risks and impacts on biodiversity. And to support our partners in adopting agricultural practices that are more respectful of the functioning of natural ecosystems, we are working to set up multi-year contracts and sector transition premiums according to the actions implemented in the field.

  • Launch of our first nutraceutical active ingredient Tulsinity, certified organic and grown according to demanding standards in terms of regenerative agriculture and fair trade (AB(2), ROC(3), Fairfor Life(4)).

  • 77% of our corporate entities and subsidiaries involved in communities with a positive impact : for example, in 2025 we co-created a pharmaceutical collective dedicated to experimenting with new services and the evolution of the pharmacy model in France, by reconciling economic, human and environmental health.

  • Continuing to roll out our "Care Policy" to offer a social protection floor for our employees around the world, and deployment of strong measures on parenthood, well-being with age, and support for vulnerable situations. We are also continuing our approach to the prevention of psychosocial risks (PSR) around the world (helpline and training).

  • In France, exceeding of the regulatory threshold of 6% of employees with disabilities:at the end of 2025, the rate of RQTH workers is 7.4% for all Expanscience entities.
