An optimized recruitment process
The recruitment process consists of three stages :


1) Three-way introductory meeting between the job applicant, HR management and the manager ;


2) In-depth discussion of respective motivations: the job applicant once again meets the manager, then possible a third person from within the company (in-house customer or in-house supplier, significant for the post to be filled) ;


3) Confirmation by the applicant, the N + 2 and the Human Resources Manager again. This last stage is the last step in the recruitment process, if the outcome is positive.
