Dermo-Cosmetics, Laboratoires Expanscience’s traditional activity, comprises two brands: Mustela and Noviderm. Mustela is designed to meet the needs of babies and young mothers or mothers-to-be; Noviderm those of adolescents and adults.
With the support of the Research and Development Centre, the Mustela and Noviderm brands are continually developing their offerings with the aim of ensuring their safety and effectiveness in daily use. Furthermore, because of their expertise in plant extraction, priority has always been given to ingredients of natural origin. In 2009, Mustela incorporated still more natural ingredients into its formulae and eliminated some ingredients about which doubts had been expressed (such as parabens and phenoxyethanol).
As the European leader* in babycare and stretch-mark care products sold in pharmacies, Mustela has supported parents and professionals working with very young children for 60 years. Appreciated by large numbers of dermatologists, Noviderm celebrated 10 years of success with Boréade Cleansing Cream in 2007.
