Sales
![]() | Our distribution networks are made up of medical representatives, dental representatives, pharmaceutical representatives, pharmacy and maternity unit training agents and merchandisers. Medical representatives provide medical information to family practitioners, rheumatologists, paediatricians and dermatologists. |
Dental representatives supply medical information to dental surgeons and stomatologists, and are responsible for sales of professional products to dentists. Pharmaceutical representatives are responsible for sales of all catalogue products to pharmacists. Training agents complement the work of the pharmaceutical representatives in pharmacies by giving product and merchandising training to teams in pharmacies and maternity units. Merchandisers are responsible for enhancing product visibility, optimizing, negotiating and setting up our showcases and shelves in our sales outlets.

Regulatory Affairs

Quality Assurance

In particular, the Quality Assurance teams ensure application of Good Manufacturing Practices, adherence to the Medication Notice of Compliance specifications and documentation of the processes controlling production. They are also responsible for the establishment of action plans in the event of deviations noted, with the objective of continuing improvement.

Business Development

The Business Development teams propose and negotiate acquisition and sale transactions concerning products or companies, as well as product licenses, in accordance with company strategy.
The Business Development Division is responsible for the Strategic Intelligence service. It also supervises the Cosmetic Active Principles marketing.
Other support functions

These all provide expertise in their different fields:
- Finance, with control of financial and accounting activities, IT systems and general services to the company;
- Communication via the deployment of a communications strategy for internal and external communication; Sustainable Development, with the voluntary implementation of a progressive action plan; and sponsorship with action to support infant development in the name of the Mustela Foundation;
- Human Resources, with operational advice and development of a management culture, laying the foundations for staff commitment and performance.

Research and Development
